Our legal team (SCELP) supported DHEC in their decision to oppose the additional 2500&#8242; of revetment, and opposed DHEC in their decision to allow the initial 273&#8242; of revetment near to the Beachwalker car parking lot. Our team is confident, but it all depends on the judge, who may take several weeks to make a decision. The judge was changed at the last minute, when it was discovered that the original judge was a fraternity friend of Leonard Long.<\/p>\n<p>Watch for more information as it is released.
